PROCESSING FEES:
Transcripts: $15.00 for 1st copy & $5.00 each additional copy ordered at same time up to 6 copies.
NOTE: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE REQUEST CAN BE PROCESSED.
Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card, Certified Cheque or Money Order
(payable to TVDSB Records Centre). No personal cheques accepted. Fee is non-refundable.
Please note that the cost of mailing a transcript via ground mail within Canada
and the United States is included in the fee. If you require that your transcript
be mailed using expedited mail, please contact us to arrange payment. Transcripts that are ordered and not picked up or that are
returned to us after being mailed out will be kept on file for six months, after which the requested copy they will be confidentiality destroyed.
The transcript fee is non-refundable.
If you are a former student of the Thames Valley District School Board, and are applying online to an Ontario
university or college through OUAC (Ontario University Application Centre) or OCAS (Ontario College Application Service),
your high school transcript can be ordered through the “Education” section of their online registration process.
Your transcript fee will be added to your application fee.
